The Detroit Pistons have signed Devon Higgs, Sam Peek and Tolu Smith to training camp deals.  Higgs appeared in 26 games last season in the G League, averaging 6.1 points and 4.0 rebounds in 20.3 minutes. Peek appeared in 21 games in the G League last season, averaging 5.1 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 18.9 minutes.  Smith went undrafted this year out of Mississippi State. In five Summer League games with the Pistons, Smith averaged 11.0 points and 9.0 rebounds in 22.1 minutes.
