SEED BRING NEW ALIGNMENT BALL TO THE MARKET – Golf News

Seed Golf has launched the SYNCR, a new alignment device variant of its popular SD-15 ‘The Country Mile’ ball designed to address a player’s putting and reduce the number of strokes taken on greens.

Unlike many alignment products, the SYNCR’s design spans the entire circumference of the ball to aid putting from any situation. As the ball rolls, this line creates a visual affirmation of the putt’s trajectory, offering the golfer immediate visual feedback.

‘The Country Mile’ ball is one of Seed’s most enduring products, both in terms of popularity among customers and in a literal sense – as the brand’s most durable product, each ball can last more than four rounds before performance is impacted.

Like the regular Country Mile, the SYNCR can be bought from £20 per dozen, which also makes them Seed’s lowest-priced balls.

    WHAT THEY SAY

Dean Klatt, founder and CEO of Seed Golf, said: “Anyone who plays golf can tell you that when it comes to putting, you need all the help you can get!

“It’s easy to just draw a black line on a normal golf ball and call it a day, but we felt there was more work to be done in terms of developing a design that genuinely makes a difference to your putting.

“With the SYNCR you’re getting the same quality and durability that has made the regular Country Mile so popular, and on top of that we’ve implemented what we feel is a one of the most effective alignment aids out there.”

While the team at SEED enjoyed showing their playful side with yesterday’s April Fool, the real SYNCR doesn’t feature any AI or ‘self-aligning’ technology, which is expected to save R&A equipment rules experts a significant amount of hassle.

It will, however, help your putting.

The SYNCR is the spiritual successor to The Jack, Seed’s popular alignment ball first developed in 2021.
