Philadelphia 76ers wing Paul George was forced to exit Saturday’s win at the Chicago Bulls early due to a left pinky finger injury. Postgame, Sixers coach Nick Nurse said George will undergo an MRI on his finger to determine the extent of the injury.
George left Saturday’s game after playing just 13 minutes. The 76ers big offseason acquisition has already missed 14 games this season. Philadelphia is also down several other rotation players, including Joel Embiid, Cody Martin and K.J. Martin. Andre Drummond has been in and out of the lineup recently, and rookie guard Jared McCain is out for the season.
