Ja Morant and Santi Aldama missed the Memphis Grizzlies’ 139-126 win over the New Orleans Pelicans due to cold symptoms.
“[They] woke up this morning. We opted for rest. Then, as the day went on, they’re definitely going to be out tonight. [We’re] hopeful for tomorrow. We’ll see how they feel,” said Taylor Jenkins before the game.
Morant recently became ineligible for regular-season NBA Awards due to missed games.
Aldama is averaging 12.7 points and 6.9 rebounds on the season.
