Few teams from the 2024 season could match the firepower of head coach Roland Fanning’s Austin Peay squad. Only the national champion Tennessee Volunteers and Wofford scored more runs than the Govs, a squad that collectively slashed .359/.455/.661, leading the nation in each of those three categories with a team OPS of 1.116. Two-way player Lyle Miller-Green was at the top of the individual leaderboards as well, hitting .393 with 30 home runs and 94 RBIs, tallying 197 total bases during a truly special season.
