Trey Murphy III is targeting his regular season debut for Monday when the New Orleans Pelicans play the Brooklyn Nets. Murphy has been out with a hamstring injury.
Murphy and the Pelicans agreed to a four-year, $112 million extension before the start of the season.
Murphy shot 38.0 percent on 7.81 three-point attempts per game last season. Murphy averaged 14.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 29.7 minutes for the Pelicans.
