The Denver Nuggets and guard Jahmir Young have signed a non-guaranteed training camp contract. This signing brings the Nuggets roster to the 21-player maximum allowed in the offseason.
Young went undrafted out of Maryland at the 2024 NBA Draft. As a senior for the Terrapins, the 6-foot-2 point averaged 20.4 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game.
Young played in five games for the Nuggets at Las Vegas Summer League. He averaged 9.2 points in 17.8 minutes per game, mostly off Denver’s bench in Las Vegas.
